This notice explains, in straightforward terms, what information JoinClubs uses to operate the platform and connect Pro Clubs players and teams.

JoinClubs uses the information needed to provide accounts, profiles, search, connections, support, and community safety. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we use
The information involved depends on the features you choose to use.
Account information
Email address, username, authentication provider, and the technical identifiers required to keep your account signed in and secure.
Player and team profiles
Gamertags, Discord contact, nationality, language, region, platform, positions, level, schedule, playstyle, highlight link, and other details you add.
Platform activity
Connection requests, team invitations, profile settings, safety reports, and the actions needed to operate these features.
Technical information
Essential cookies and session, language preference, and security information used to authenticate you, remember your settings, and prevent misuse.
Why we use this information
- Create and maintain your account and the profiles you choose to publish.
- Power profile searches, filters, invitations, requests, and accepted connections.
- Provide support, investigate reports, enforce platform rules, and protect the community.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability and usability of JoinClubs.
What other users can see
During the BETA version, player and team profiles are listed in the JoinClubs directory and cannot be made private. Profile information is therefore visible to other platform users. Discord and gamertag visibility follows the privacy choices shown when you create or edit a profile, and accepted connections may receive the contact information made available to them.
Services that help operate JoinClubs
We may process information through providers that supply the infrastructure or features you request. These providers also handle information under their own privacy terms.
- Supabase provides authentication, database, and platform infrastructure.
- Google or Discord receives and provides authentication information only when you choose that sign-in method.
- YouTube processes a video request when you choose to play an embedded profile highlight.
Retention and account deletion
Information is kept while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for platform operation, security, dispute handling, or legal obligations. You can request account deletion from your account settings. Limited records may remain when required for security, backups, or compliance.
Security
JoinClubs applies reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we also recommend keeping your sign-in methods protected.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable data protection law, you may ask us to:
- Confirm whether we use your information and request access to it.
- Correct information that is incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
- Request deletion or anonymization when legally applicable.
- Ask how information is used or shared and raise a privacy concern.
